Where can I get Apple-certified repairs?

Apple-certified repairs and service are available at the Apple Store or with one of our Apple Authorized Service Providers, or by sending it to an Apple Repair Center. The technicians at all these locations receive Apple training. They deliver the same high-quality service with genuine Apple parts. The repairs are backed by Apple.

Choose “Start a service request” to set up an appointment with the nearest Apple authorized repair location or to ship your iPhone to us directly for service.

Be sure you know your Apple ID and password before your appointment. For a smoother repair process, prepare your iPhone before service. Learn how below.

WHAT’S NEW

WE SELL ALL TYPES OF APPLE DEVICES BOTH USED AND BRAND NEW

If you’re desperate for an iPhone but your budget doesn’t quite stretch to Apple’s newest models, buying an old or used iPhone is a great way to pick up a bargain. Armed with our guide to buying an old iPhone, you’ll be able to buy second-hand, old or refurbished iPhones with confidence.

You’re not going to get any special discounts or deals on iPhones from an Apple Store though – it’s full price or nothing, we’re afraid. You can find deals on new iPhones from other retailers – check out our round-up of the best iPhone deals to get started – but even with a deal the handsets can be prohibitively expensive.
